How do I upgrade my GA ticket to VIP?

We don’t blame you for wanting to get the MOST out of Step It Up Academy Live! To get you upgraded to VIP all you have to do is complete your payment here. If tickets are no longer available simply send an email to [email protected] and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Will I get a receipt if I buy online?

YES! You will receive a confirmation email when you register for the event. That should have everything you need when your accounting department comes around with all those pesky questions. If you can’t find your receipt, please email [email protected] and we'll get you taken care of.

How do I get my badge for the event?

Upon arrival, please check-in with the SIUA LIVE! team and your badge will be issued.

Where do we eat?

Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks if you want something specific. Otherwise, we'll be covering lunch both days, plus coffee, tea, water, and snacks.

Will the event be recorded?

YES! We're recording the event in its entirety and will share nuggets on our socials often. However, full recordings are included with the VIP ticket so grab one before they're gone!
